- Photo taken Monday 29th shows junction of Bishopsgate Street and Broad Street. But the road is closed completely. Cars seen ignoring the Road Ahead Closed signs and having to turn round. By Wednesday 31st the road was partially open to allow traffic travelling towards Five Ways to turn into it.
