To view photos:

The spectators, wet but not washed out.
It takes a rebel rouser in the bows to enthuse the rowers and someone at the rear to steer.
It’s pretty frantic for the 100yds dash.
Getting very close to eachother here – no foul play chaps!.
Neck and neck at the halfway point.
Passing the spectators they get encouraging cries!
Passed the finish line – who do you think won?
The losers, temporarily downcast only, I can assure you.
The winners as if you couldn’t guess.
Some people nearby like a more sedate if precarious mode of navigation.
