It was a very sunny Autumn day.
We lunched on Côtes de Porc à la Vallée D’Auge * and then made our way to the local children’s playground which Charlie and Michael’s children had enjoyed earlier in the year.
- (a Normandy pork, apple, cider, Calvados and cream dish I learnt from my 1995 Cordon Bleu night school course)
The playground was also a joy for its new visitors.
Mila was in starlet mode complete with sun specs and snazzy outfit – very photogenic!
Dan loved gyrating on the roundabout so energetically rotated by Rich – at one stage I was beginning to feel queasy at the speed created!
Later Dan insisted on trying the WaterRower back at 632.
Below is a gallery of photos we took.
