One of the Cotswold’s gems, Stow -on-the-Wold, was where we met up.

This was the rainiest period (so far?) of the year and we had to dodge the frequent showers. and flooded roads to meet up.

We all met at the Old Stocks Inn where Alan, Judy, Olive and Michael had stayed the night before.

We had a good but simple lunch in a very pleasant and characterful restaurant – the Porch House – where the inside photos were taken.

Then we wandered around this very authentic, unspoilt and beautiful Cotswold village. The church views are of St Edward’s, a medieval-built Church of England parish church.
