It was Dandan’s 4th birthday and a small family gathering helped him celebrate it by generating a special occasion for him.

Rich and Paula treated us all to a tasty roast  lunch at the nearby Toby Carvery then we spent the afternoon watching Dandan play with his new Tomas & Friends track and trains.

Dandan had a little difficulty blowing out the candle on his Birthday Cake, it taking 6 attempts! The final photo below shows the purple cake which Paula had created and one of Dandan’s attempts.
