PREAMBLE

The family arrived from Shifnal at 1pm. For lunch we had Focaccia followed by my favourite entertaining dish of Bolognese Sauce (as everybody likes a bolognaise!) served with Wholemeal Fusilli.

During this period Karen and I distributed outstanding presents – for Henry’s birthday and for Christmas. This kept them amused until after lunch.

It was pretty cold outside so we didn’t venture out.

People had fun working out with our WaterRower rowing machine, then we gave the boys coloured card and sticky Christmas icons to create Christmas pictures which they seemed to enjoy. So they were kept amused and so quite boisterous!
