Winterbourne Gardens Edgbaston Saturday 23 June 2018

Summer was in full bloom in the walled garden.

We should all rejoice in a British Summer! Especially when the sun shines.

Winterbourne in Edgbaston, Birmingham provides a superb source  for this enjoyment.

What is great about Winterbourne is that all seasons and all sub-seasons are presented somewhere in the gardens to their particular extraordinary splendour.

It would seem that all the seasons have arrived early this year and the walled garden is now showing off its magnificent blooms. What is to follow I don’t know but it’s worth a visit as soon as you can as, I fear, the blooms won’t last long in the current hot weather.

Just to wander around and examine each bloom is a highly relaxing and pleasurable taste of nature.

Taking photos can also be rewarding in enhancing the experience and creating a lasting memory to look forward to in the depths of Winter.

Using editing software such as Adobe Lightroom or software supplied with your camera to enhance your photos can give hours of pleasure and achievement to enhance your photos for immediate and future enjoyment.

Below is a gallery of photos I took wandering leisurely around last Saturday.
